ZitatAlles anzeigenI have returned from a 3 days trip to autobahn in Germany where there are no speed limits most of the road.
It was a terrible experience riding in high speed.
The wobble started in 190 km/h (118 mph) and I was really afraid to continue but since I was there, I could not let the opportunity to stretch out the bike pass me by.
The wobble continued up to 240 km/h (150 mph) where it got better (but still very uncomfortable) and I pressed the bike up to 270 km/h (168 mph)
All is meter speed
The engine feels fantastic and the acceleration is wonderful at high speed but the instability at high speed makes me consider the purchase of this bike.
Does anyone have any ideas of something that can be wrong, or is the bike like this?
PS. I road with a friend that has a Hayabusa and when I tried his bike in high speeds it was stable as a locomotive. My friend also road my bike and he confirmed the wobble.
Facts:
Flies out, Area P and PC3
Bags on, fully (evenly) packed, no top box or anything else on the saddle.
Dunlop Roadsmarts front and back with correct pressure
Original windscreen up 1/3
Suspension set according to the rules compensated for the extra load
Windy conditions – here I think we have the problem
Und das mit dem Dunlop ....
